Return Process

  Contact our dedicated customer care team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for the exchange to receive authorization.

  Prepare Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, authenticity cards, and invoice slips are included and intact.

  Dispatch Shipment

  Send the parcel back to our flagship studio using a trackable courier service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our team will inspect the garment for quality assurance before issuing a store credit or processing your replacement item.
